Job summary

Imperium Global seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to provide senior leadership across its US construction operations. The role oversees multiple projects and teams, driving profitability, performance, safety and client satisfaction, while shaping operational strategy with executive leadership.

The VP will oversee project executives, managers and superintendents, monitor budgets and cash flow, identify risks, and push standardization of processes to support growth and backlog

Qualifications

• Extensive operational leadership experience in US construction.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles overseeing multiple projects.
• Strong grasp of project financials, forecasting, cost control and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across construction operations and project delivery.
• Oversee multiple projects, teams and operational leaders across the business.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, cost and profitability performance.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Mitigate operational and commercial risks with strategic actions.
• Collaborate with executives to set annual objectives and growth plans.
• Ensure staffing and leadership alignment for delivery success.
• Support standardized operational processes and procedures.
• Review major projects and provide executive-level support as needed.
• Engage in pursuits, preconstruction, negotiations and handoffs.
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction and business development teams.
