Job summary

White Lotus Group is seeking a senior construction leader to build and scale an internal construction management department in Omaha, NE. You will act as the owner’s senior representative, sometimes partnering with external GCs, while driving internal delivery excellence and safety compliance.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management, ensuring projects meet scope, cost, and quality targets across multiple concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in commercial construction PM, GC, or real estate development.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Experience supervising self-performed crews and subcontractors.
• Experience building/scaling a self-performing or GC function with systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build the Internal Construction Management Department with processes and standards.
• Serve as owner representative or partner with third-party GCs when needed.
• Lead internal delivery on self-performed projects and oversee field operations.
• Solicit, qualify, and manage subcontractors and buyouts.
• Represent owner during design development and value engineering.
• Manage budgets, job costing, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and recovery plans.
• Lead bidding, vendor selection, and contract administration.
• Oversee permitting, compliance, and regulatory approvals.
• Direct site supervision and ensure safety programs and inspections.
