Job summary

Rosewood Calistoga is seeking a Director of Beverage to lead the resort’s luxury beverage program across all outlets and events, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquets. You will work closely with culinary leadership, event operations, and resort leadership to elevate guest experiences in Napa Valley.

The role requires a proven track record in high-end hospitality beverage leadership, strong financial acumen, and a passion for Napa Valley wine culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading beverage programs in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends.
• Proven ability to drive guest engagement, revenue growth, and brand distinction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all beverage operations across the resort.
• Develop and curate wine, cocktail, spirit, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs.
• Lead menu development, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and cost controls to drive profitability.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing beverage teams.
