ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Vice President in Utah to lead, delegate, and optimize practices within a profitable commissioning division. You will oversee project delivery, budgeting, quality control, and strategic growth, coordinating with engineering, construction, and global account leadership.

Travel 25–40% will be required as you mentor Directors and Project Managers, develop business opportunities, and ensure an efficient organizational structure across commissioning initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in building construction, esp. MEP systems and related balance work.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and commissioning software such as CxAlloy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• ANSI commissioning credentials (e.g., BCCB, ACG, ASHRAE, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignment of internal operations for successful project delivery.
• Partner with accounting leadership to monitor financial aspects of operations.
• Ensure quality control for commissioning approaches and deliverables.
• Develop efficient organizational structure and succession planning.
• Drive cross-functional communication across commissioning, engineering and construction leaders.
• Mentor Directors and Project Managers in business plans and analytics.
• Establish budget controls; coordinate project changes to improve cost/benefit ratio.
• Strengthen client relationships by guiding day-to-day operations.
• Conduct contract negotiation, management, and project interviews.
• Oversee workload forecasting, staffing and performance management.
• Develop commissioning initiatives identified during strategic planning.
• Coordinate with global and national leadership for marketing and internal comms.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commissioning campaigns.
