Job summary

Autocar Trucks in Birmingham, Alabama seeks a Commercial President for the Refuse division to drive top-line growth and market leadership in the vocational truck segment. You will own P&L, set the strategic direction, and lead cross-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, product management, and engineering.

The role requires deep expertise in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, recruiting, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive management experience.
• At least 10 years in a senior executive role with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong experience in the Waste Industry or refuse truck sector.

Responsibilities

• Own the business unit's P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end product development and timely launches.
• Expand market penetration and forge strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering to optimize GTM.
