Publicis Commerce in New York is seeking a Manager, Client Leadership to help drive annual planning and manage key projects for assigned brands. Hybrid work is required, with a focus on commerce marketing for retail media and strong client relationship skills.

The role requires 5–7 years in retail marketing, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across platforms like Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Pacvue, and Skai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in retail marketing or experience with assigned retailer.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills, ideally within CPG category.
• Commerce marketing & efficient project management experience.
• Strong decision-making skills based on data and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, concepts and tactics.
• Manage implementation handoffs to platforms: Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Pacvue and Skai.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers.
• Lead junior team members in platform execution.
• Grow relationships with external client vendors, retail media networks and partner agencies.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status and budgets to clients.
• Collaborate on planning and implementation of retail marketing extensions.
• Manage client approval process as part of project management.
• Demonstrate measurement experience in retail media space.
• Some travel may be required.
