Job summary

Razorfish within Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commerce to build and scale a next‑gen Commerce Consulting capability for a major global client. You will shape vision, operating model, and go‑to‑market strategy while partnering with client executives and Publicis leaders to span strategy, retail media, digital shelf, and marketplaces.

You will build a high‑performing team, develop new offerings, and drive transformational outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years in commerce, digital strategy, consulting, retail media, or omnichannel marketing.
Experience advising Fortune 500 CPG clients and leading practices.
Executive-level consulting experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead Constellation's Commerce Consulting capability with vision and growth strategy.
Serve as executive commerce advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Develop integrated commerce strategies across retail media, digital shelf, marketplaces and omnichannel.
Build and scale a multidisciplinary Commerce Consulting team and mentor top talent.
Partner across agencies to deliver integrated client solutions.
Identify new growth opportunities and expand engagements.
