Altera Digital Health seeks an Executive Vice President of Cloud Services to lead the vision, profitability, and execution of our cloud portfolio. You will own P&L, build a world-class cloud services organization, and drive growth for clients worldwide.

You will shape strategy, lead a global team, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role offers remote work with frequent executive collaboration and travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT or Healthcare IT experience.
• 7+ years of progressive executive leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with strategy execution.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Technology; MBA is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L ownership for Cloud Services and drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop a global team for cloud operations, service delivery, and client support.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Cloud services aligned with market demand.
• Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships and ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence with scalable processes for secure, reliable service delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Product to position offerings and support customers throughout lifecycle.
• Provide executive reporting on service performance, financial results, and strategy.
