Overview As the Executive Vice President of Cloud Services, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the vision, profitability, and operational excellence of Altera's Cloud services portfolio. This is a pivotal executive role focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will have full P&L ownership to build and scale a world-class Cloud services organization. We are looking for a proven executive who can translate strategy into execution, foster a culture of high performance, and ensure our clients receive unparalleled value and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility for the Cloud Services division, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team responsible for cloud operations, service delivery, and client support.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Cloud services portfolio, ensuring our offerings are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and scalable processes to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available service delivery.
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure service offerings are effectively positioned and supported throughout the client lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level reporting on service performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of relevant work experience in the IT or Healthcare IT industry.
• 7+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing a significant P&L for a cloud, managed services, or professional services organization.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing technical and service delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Education: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.

Working Arrangements

Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. This is a remote position. May require after-hours engagement for critical client or business needs.

Travel

Up to 40% travel may be required for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
