CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will define roadmaps, drive platform modernization, and lead a high-impact engineering organization at enterprise scale.

You will partner across security, network, data, and SRE teams, establish governance and SLOs, and mentor senior engineers while delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-conscious cloud capabilities that support

Competenze

10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or related disciplines.
5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management or architecture leadership.
7+ years of deep engineering experience across GCP, AWS and Azure.
5+ years with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation and reusable engineering patterns.
5+ years partnering with dedicated DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.
5+ years defining or applying SLOs, SLIs, production-readiness criteria and observability.

Mansioni

Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Convert priorities into executable delivery plans and manage dependencies and risks.
Establish automation-first patterns with Terraform, IaC, policy as code, and CI/CD.
Partner with Production SRE to ensure reliable production operation and SLO/SLA alignment.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated platform capabilities and governance.
