Job summary

Operations Council seeks a Vice President of Operations to provide day-to-day operational support across a family of clinics. You will collaborate with practice administrators, ensure quality care, and drive value-based care initiatives while managing growth across multiple locations in North Carolina.

You will lead operational excellence, standardize processes, and develop metrics to improve patient care and cost efficiency. Travel to clinics may be required for alignment and implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration.
• MGMA preferred.
• 10+ years operational leadership experience in primary care or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services at 5+ locations with 25+ Providers.
• Ensure operational excellence to support mission and high-quality care.
• Lead practice administrators in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee outsourced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Develop and execute efficient clinic operations aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic plans.
