US Urology Partners seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead and align practice managers across the regional network. The role drives operational excellence, capacity, and patient access while partnering with physicians to advance care models and growth.

You will oversee financial performance, workforce planning, and regulatory readiness, ensuring consistent standards and strategic execution across clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including physician practice or ambulatory operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role across multiple locations and teams.
• Demonstrated experience directly leading and developing managers or directors.
• Strong understanding of physician practice operations, clinical workflows, patient access, staffing, financial performance, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with practice-level financial management, budgeting and P&L performance.

Responsabilités

• Provide enterprise leadership for practice operations across the clinical network.
• Establish operating standards, workflows, and performance expectations across locations.
• Improve patient access, scheduling, and capacity with Practice Managers and physicians.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with clinical leaders to implement new programs and care models across clinics.
• Lead succession planning and development for operational leaders and managers.
