Job summary

Stirista LLC is seeking a Senior Vice President of Client Services to lead a high-performing team and deliver data-driven marketing solutions across a portfolio of clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or marketing strategy.
• Leadership experience within a client-facing environment, including leading managers and multi-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Client Services department.
• Lead through the department’s management structure with clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop and execute the Client Services strategy, structure, and operating model.
• Oversee end-to-end client engagements across data, email, digital media, analytics, and CDP offerings.
• Establish service standards, workflows, and performance metrics across the department.
• Monitor client portfolio for health, retention risk, and delivery challenges, addressing issues proactively.
• Guide clients on value and insights aligned with business goals.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and escalation point.
• Build and develop a high-performing Client Services leadership team.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
