You will manage multi-year client programs, mentor talent, and partner with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Content, and Media.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in client services and account leadership in a B2B agency.
• Proven ability to grow a portfolio and revenue within existing accounts.
• Executive presence and strong communication with the CEO and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth across the portfolio.
• Lead program and marketing-plan design with data-driven, outcome-oriented strategies.
• Support new business via pitches, proposals, and smooth client transitions.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor talent across all levels.
• Report on metrics to CEO and leadership team.
