Job summary

Story Co in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Client Services to own client relationships, delivery, and growth. You will build the team and systems that enable great work, reporting directly to the CEO and joining the leadership team, guiding expansion beyond video.

The role requires leading relationships with founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders, shaping strategic ideas across advertising, copy, video, and campaigns. This is a full-time, in-person position in SF.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading agency teams.
• Experience owning senior client relationships.
• Strong creative judgment across advertising and video.
• Marketing strategy with hands-on production experience.
• Ability to unite a team around ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead how Story wins, serves, retains, and grows client accounts.
• Be the senior partner for founders, CEOs, and marketing leaders on key relationships.
• Help develop creative ideas across advertising, copy, video, social, and campaigns.
• Hire, mentor, and lead the team as the agency grows.
• Build processes that keep delivery consistent as volume expands.
• Set clear standards for creative quality and client service.
• Handle difficult project or client situations and resolve them.
• Shape Story's marketing and social presence alongside client work.
