Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Client Services - Claim Operations to oversee regional client relationships and contract management. The role drives financial performance, renewal negotiations, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in claims and client services, with travel as needed and a focus on building executive-level client partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced degree with professional designation (CPCU/AIC/ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance within assigned region.
• Oversee financials including AR, invoicing and pricing support.
• Maintain client knowledge and relationships within region.
• Manage renewal processes and support new contracts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Lead business planning and budgeting for the region.
• Plan staffing needs including succession and bench strength.
• Build executive relationships and support internal collaboration.
• Travel as required.
