Qualifications

• 12+ years of media experience, agency or consulting background preferred.
• Proven ability to drive digital growth across paid media for B2C/B2B brands.
• Demonstrated skill in developing and driving strategic media plans for large organizations.
• Strong leadership guiding teams through change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key client contact to drive integration and best-in-class performance media.
• Build and expand relationships with partners (Google, Amazon, Meta) to deliver excellence.
• Act as a performance media SME to ensure high standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing Science and Analytics on innovation and capability development.
• Monitor landscape for new partners and technologies to up-level capabilities.
• Advocate data-driven decisions to increase client acquisition and engagement.
