Job summary

Hearts & Science, part of Omnicom Media US, is seeking an Executive Director, Client Business Lead in New York. You will act as the strategic voice for senior client counterparts, oversee a pod of teams, and drive integrated media solutions across traditional, digital, and emerging channels.

You will lead annual plans, grow the client P&L, and foster strong relationships across brands, while delivering high-impact performance marketing and innovative brand strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years marketing and media experience.
• 10+ years leading integrated client teams.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Manage an integrated team with strategic insights to drive media planning decisions.
• Champion brand strategy and elevate client brands in the marketplace.
• Foster client relationships across brands and business lines.
• Provide leadership in performance marketing across channels.
• Lead annual Account Plans with clear accountability for success.
• Represent Hearts & Science internally and externally.
• Independently manage and grow the client P&L.
• Motivate, lead, and train teams to achieve shared goals.
