Job summary

Hearts & Science in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to join the strategy team in developing and executing media plans. You will gather and prepare information for plan development, stewardship, and performance reporting, while taking ownership of workstreams and outcomes.

You will work with data, collaborate with strategy and operations teams, and participate in client and publisher meetings to drive effective media investments.

Qualifications

• Interest in advertising, marketing and media principles.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Excel; able to present data effectively.
• Willingness to learn media tools with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead data gathering and analysis to support media recommendations.
• Help manage execution of media plans, including authorizations and insertion orders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports; analyze performance data and flag optimizations.
• Monitor media performance against objectives and provide insights.
• Collaborate with strategy, investment, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Participate in client and publisher meetings with active contribution.
• Take ownership of select campaign workstreams.
• Attend trainings and apply learnings to day‑to‑day work.
• Contribute in internal and external meetings, building vendor knowledge.
