This 100% in-office role will manage a large team across casualty, property, reinsurance, and workers' compensation claims.

Based in the U.S., the Chief Claims Officer collaborates with executives to drive profitability and growth while maintaining high standards of compliance and service for Argo

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in commercial property and casualty claims.
• Proven track record of leading a nationwide claims organization.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty financial concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing claims technology solutions.
• Analytic, metric-driven focus with strategic execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and operational plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Direct and lead teams to deliver strong claims service and technical capabilities.
• Set performance objectives and metrics at all organizational levels.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and technology.
• Lead claims litigation management and contracting with vendors.
• Collaborate with executives across Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Risk, and Legal.
• Provide guidance to claims managers and professionals.
• Support claims selection and talent development.
