Job summary

The Chief Claims Officer, Argo Group, is a senior executive responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of all Argo Group claims operations, including Casualty, Property, Reinsurance, Surety, and Workers' Compensation. This role reports to the Chief Claims Officer, Clearbrook, and leads a large, multi-location team with a focus on operational excellence, provider relations, and disciplined cost management.

The position is 100% in-office and based at one of several U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple locations with measurable performance results.
• Strong ability to design and implement claims strategy and governance.
