• 15+ years of claims leadership experience with progressive responsibility.
• Expertise across casualty lines and complex settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive claims strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee claims operations, litigation management, and external partnerships to improve outcomes.
• Drive cost containment, predictive analytics, and performance metrics across the claims function.
• Provide executive leadership to the Claims organization and manage budget and talent development.
