• Significant senior management experience in commercial property and casualty claims.
• Experience leading a national/complex claims organization including multiple lines.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills.

• Partner with executives to develop strategic and operational plans for growth and profitability.
• Lead, direct, and establish performance objectives for claims leadership and teams.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance claims performance.
