Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• CPCU or similar professional designation is desirable.
• Significant senior management experience in a commercial property and casualty claims role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set strategic direction for all Argo Group claims operations.
• Drive cost efficiency, performance metrics, and operational excellence across the claims function.
• Oversee litigation management and external vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with executives across Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Legal to align plans and policy.
