• Serve as subject matter expert on capture strategy, processes and policies.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and early win strategies.
• Coordinate significant capture activities and cross-functional teams.
• Shape messaging, call plans, and requirements validation with stakeholders.
• Lead after-action reviews and capture improvements.
