Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a senior logistics leader to design and scale global transportation networks for autonomous vehicle components and finished products. You will lead a growing team, partner with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to align operations with strategic goals, and drive cost-efficient, on-time delivery across multi-modal networks.

This hybrid role reports to the Head of Vehicle/SDS Supply Planning & Materials and offers opportunities for leadership growth, a discretionary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scaling logistics leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building and mentoring logistics teams.
• Advanced operational command of global transportation networks.
• Strategic capability for long-term infrastructure while executing micro-level solutions.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building with PM, demand forecasting, and hardware engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale global multi-modal transportation networks for components and vehicles.
• Recruit, design, and scale the logistics organization from the ground up.
• Own macro-level logistics financial planning and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Implement reverse logistics protocols and asset lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption of advanced TMS and ERP platforms for data accuracy.
• Establish internal controls for global trade compliance and tariff strategies.
