AbbVie seeks a senior leader to define forecasting standards and training for its Global Forecasting COE. You will shape methodologies, governance, and capability development while guiding engagement with regional forecasters and stakeholders.

You will lead training curriculum, onboarding for new forecasters, and advanced modules on trending, event modeling, and patient flow, ensuring high-quality, scalable forecasting across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech life sciences experience in quantitative roles.
• 10+ years of direct forecasting experience, including model development.
• Ability to set direction and drive adoption without formal authority.
• Familiarity with common pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA TRx/NBRx, 852/867, etc.).
• Experience designing and leading training or capability-building programs.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns vision and direction for Global Forecasting Standards and best practices.
• Lead development, documentation, and maintenance of standards across regions.
• Monitor practices and drive standardization across US, Intl, and Aesthetics.
• Maintain networks to inform continuous improvement of forecasting standards.
• Set strategic direction for training curriculum and learning objectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy onboarding and advanced training modules.
• Lead change management and engagement initiatives across the enterprise.
• Provide guidance on analog research, event modeling, and scenario analysis.
