Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director for Global Allergan Aesthetics Forecasting to lead P&L modeling, planning processes, and forecasting standardization across a global matrix. You will collaborate with Finance, R&D, Operations, and Business Development to align methodologies and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in pharma/biotech finance, strong modeling skills, and experience leading complex forecasting initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consumer health, aesthetics, or life sciences.
• Experience partnering with business in a dynamic and complex matrix organization.
• Ability to establish modeling standards, document methodology, develop guidance, and drive adoption.
• Experience with forecasting tools, financial modeling platforms, or technology-enabled planning solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence effectively and explain complex models to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L modeling for Allergan Aesthetics pipeline assets and business development opportunities, delivering consistent outputs.
• Partner with PCS, Forecasting, Operations, and R&D to model development spend, timing, and commercial economics with documented assumptions.
• Pressure-test asset profitability through scenarios, sensitivities, and lifecycle-stage assumptions.
• Leverage AbbVie pipeline models to establish AA standards and document methodology for spend modeling.
• Support Business Development by modeling P&L and resource assumptions with clear documentation.
