Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director-level leader for Global Forecasting Standards & Training in the US. You will define forecasting methodologies, maintain standards, and drive training across US, international, and Allergan Aesthetics units.

You will lead a team delivering onboarding, methodology modules, data literacy, and advanced programs, while coordinating with Forecast Champions and cross-functional partners to ensure adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech or life sciences analytics.
• 10+ years of direct forecasting experience with model development.
• Strong ability to influence without formal authority and drive adoption.
• Familiarity with major pharmaceutical data sources and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own AbbVie's Global Forecasting Standards and best practices.
• Lead training content design, development, and delivery for forecasters.
• Drive change management and engage forecast champions network.
• Provide strategic guidance on analog research, event modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Lead a team responsible for standards, training, and engagement initiatives.
