Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director of Price Forecasting CoE to lead GTN forecasting transformations and advanced analytics. You will serve as SME on gross-to-net forecasting and collaborate across Finance, Revenue, and IT to drive accurate, timely insights.

In this role, you will define platform requirements, oversee dashboards and KPIs, support UAT and go-live activities, and ensure data quality while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or related function in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in pricing data management, modeling, and analytics; proficiency in pricing systems and forecasting platforms.
• Strong project leadership and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Accounting, Market Access, and Commercial.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and automated accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Document and translate business requirements into technical specs for platform functionality.
• Define output views, reports, and dashboards to support GTN forecasting cycles and centralized reporting.
• Support UAT, pilot programs, and system validation activities for Future Forecasting Tool.
• Escalate model questions, data discrepancies, and issues; coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Coordinate training and go-live activities with GTN System Team and stakeholders.
• Ensure data feeding into forecasting platform is accurate and timely; flag data quality issues.
