Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Price Forecasting CoE to lead strategic initiatives in forecasting, data integration, and analytics. You will act as the SME for Gross-to-Net forecasting during the GTN system implementation, shaping platform requirements and reporting views.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or a related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience in pricing data management, modeling, and analytics; proficiency in pricing systems and financial forecasting platforms.
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; partner across Finance, Accounting, Market Access, Commercial.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and automated accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Document and translate business requirements into technical specifications for GTN forecasting platform.
• Define output views, reports, and dashboards for GTN forecasting cycles and KPIs.
• Support user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and system validation for Future Forecasting Tool.
• Serve as escalation point for model questions, data discrepancies, and issues with timelines.
• Coordinate with GTN System Team to ensure accurate data feeding into forecasting platform.
• Assist in training and change management around platform adoption.
