Qualifications

• 15+ years as software developer/architect in large enterprise.
• Track record leading large technical architecture initiatives across multiple value streams in a complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives around technology strategy, translating detail into business outcomes.
• Experience leading leaders—senior architects and architecture managers—and developing leadership talent.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, coaching, and coalition-building skills to move a room without pulling rank.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives spanning the portfolio—not just reviews.
• Build real collaboration across teams and stakeholders, not just paper alignment.
• Help set the architectural strategic direction for CVS Health.
• Lead and guide a team of senior architects and architecture leaders, developing their leadership skills.
• Help build CVS Health’s reference architecture to reflect actual build patterns.
• Identify the right technology partnerships with an architect’s eye.
• Serve as a trusted technical voice to senior executives, translating decisions into business impact.
