Qualifications

• 15+ years as software developer/architect across large enterprises.
• Lead large technical architecture initiatives touching multiple value streams across a large enterprise.
• Expertise across multiple technical domains with ability to influence senior executives on technology strategy.
• Ability to lead leaders—senior architects and architecture managers—and develop leadership talent.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, coaching, and coalition-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives spanning the portfolio, driving real collaboration.
• Set architectural strategic direction for CVS Health and translate it into actionable plans.
• Guide senior architects and architecture leaders, developing their leadership skills.
• Contribute to CVS Health's reference architecture to reflect actual build practices.
• Serve as a trusted technical voice to executives, translating complex decisions into business impact.
