Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Technology and AI Innovation for Life Sciences to define and accelerate AI-enabled delivery strategies across the global Professional Services portfolio.

You will bridge between Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to drive innovation and delivery excellence. As a global leader, you will shape industry-specific AI capabilities, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators while leading a team of about 20

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of leadership experience in Professional Services, enterprise software, Life Sciences consulting, or technology organizations.
• Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry, enterprise implementation programs, and customer transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience partnering across Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional organizations and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and accelerate the AI-enabled delivery strategy for Life Sciences.
• Lead a global team of approximately 20 professionals focused on industry innovation, architecture, delivery excellence, and AI enablement.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure delivery insights influence product strategy and platform capabilities.
• Establish governance to measure adoption, business impact, and value realization across the Life Sciences portfolio.
