Job summary

Momentive Software seeks a Director of AI Governance & Enterprise Solutions to set the technical bar for AI agents, own the Context Library, and drive standards across the portfolio. You will partner with AI Operations Hub, design reusable patterns, and lead reviews for production-ready agents.

The role requires analyzing risk, guiding deployment, and building skills for enterprise AI operations while collaborating with business units to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years designing and building software or AI systems; 3+ years with LLMs, agents, and production deployments.
• Deep expertise with AI agent architectures, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and tradeoffs.
• Expert-level prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, context management, and agent evaluation methods.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production with reliable deployment, observability, and security.
• Experience designing or governing shared knowledge repositories and information architectures for AI.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF or similar) and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the Momentive Context Library, ensuring accurate, organization-specific context for AI agents.
• Define architecture, taxonomy, and content standards for reusable context across use cases.
• Maintain standards for centrally-owned content and cross-functional reference material.
• Partner with AI Operations Hub spoke leads to convert documentation into library-ready context.
• Define technical review criteria and quality standards for AI agents and connectors.
• Lead technical review and approval of agents in the AI Operations Hub intake process.
• Develop agent development guidelines, patterns, and templates for spoke teams.
• Identify systemic quality issues and rising risks across the agent portfolio.
• Directly design and build AI agents, skills, and connectors for AI Ops Hub use.
• Prototype new architectures and tooling approaches for broader adoption.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to spoke teams during design and build of AI solutions.
• Own standards for deployment, monitoring, and security in production environments.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on platform decisions affecting deployment and maintenance.
• Assess AI platforms and tools aligned with Momentive's operational model.
• Guide enterprise app portfolio alignment with platform strategy and governance.
• Develop technical reference materials, design pattern libraries, and decision guides.
• Deliver targeted technical training and workshops for spoke teams.
• Foster cross-team connections to share patterns and prior work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
