Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. seeks a Director of AI Governance & Enterprise Solutions to lead the standards for AI design, deployment, and governance across the company.

You will own the Context Library, define content standards, and partner with the AI Operations Hub to ensure scalable, safe AI capabilities. You will review AI agents, set guidelines, mentor spoke teams, and drive technical excellence from development through production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and building software or AI systems, incl. 3+ years with large language models, AI agents, production deployments.
• Expertise with AI agent architectures, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and tradeoffs between them.
• Strong prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use and function calling, context window management, and agent evaluation.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production with deployment architecture, observability, access controls, and failure handling.
• Experience governing shared knowledge repositories or context management for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Momentive Context Library and define architecture, taxonomy, and content standards for agents.
• Define technical review criteria and lead AI Agents, skills, and connectors through AI Operations Hub intake and approval.
• Build and codify agent development patterns, templates, and reusable blocks for spoke teams.
• Directly design AI agents, skills, and connectors for AI Operations Hub use and evaluate new architectures.
• Advise spoke teams on architecture, deployment, monitoring, security, and platform choices across enterprise AI.
