Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, information security, or related disciplines.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and working across matrixed organizations, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME on AI governance, Responsible AI, AI risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead development and maintenance of AI governance policies, standards, and review methodologies.
• Collaborate with Technology Risk, Security, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Business leaders to embed AI risks and controls.
• Provide executive-level governance reporting, training, and communications; monitor governance program effectiveness.
