Qualifications

• 10+ years in hands-on engineering & delivery leadership with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong backend foundations, real-time services, and scalable data pipelines.
• Realtime and distributed systems expertise with event-driven architectures.
• Client-facing leadership in enterprise engagements; ROI-driven systems.
• Business development experience in land-and-expand motions.
• Startup experience, founding or early-stage impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering deployments across healthcare, pharma, and wellness verticals.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment lifecycle from pre-sales to expansion.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Applied AI engineering org.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant, scalable integration with client systems.
• Partner with Sales to identify high-ROI use cases and upsell opportunities.
• Translate field needs into reusable platform components and improvements.
