Job summary

Advatix is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI agent deployments for major health systems in the United States. This role combines hands-on software engineering with client-facing leadership and executive presence.

The candidate will lead architecture, integration, deployment, and post-launch support across complex healthcare environments, operating remotely with high accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning full technical delivery for clients end-to-end.
• Proven ability to design complete system architectures and diagrams.
• Strong client-facing communication with executive presence.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder required.
• Healthcare or life sciences domain experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales through post-launch support.
• Architect and build production-grade AI agent systems for healthcare tech stacks.
• Design secure, scalable systems compliant with HIPAA and security rules.
• Lead technical sessions with clients and present to executives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Make independent architectural decisions as primary engineer on engagements.
• Select technologies, scope integrations, and define approaches.
• Build and deploy customer-facing software from concept to production.
• Develop end-to-end architectures and architecture diagrams.
• Work with data/ML pipelines: ETL/ELT, unstructured data, predictive models.
• Feed learnings back into core product platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build reusable components.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Take full ownership for technical delivery across engagements.
• Operate in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple hats.
