Job summary

VI in the United States is seeking a senior engineer to scale Vi's AI agent capabilities into production for Wellness clients. You’ll own data ingestion, CRM integration, and real-time agent infrastructure, delivering end-to-end intelligent workflows that automate client processes.

You’ll collaborate with enterprise customers, translate their workflows into agent designs, and build the production stack, including the Python ML components, guardrails, and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production engineering role shipping customer-facing software.
• Fluency in Javascript/Node, Typescript, Python, etc.
• Experience building and operating real-time systems.
• Production integration work with CRM platforms or data warehouse connectors.
• Knowledge of data engineering patterns: ETL/ELT and data quality checks.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP) with containers and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents for Wellness clients, end-to-end.
• Translate client workflows into real agent workflow design.
• Run technical sessions with clients' teams; convert needs into prompts and tools.
• Integrate with client data systems including CRMs and ingestion pipelines.
• Write the production stack - agent runtime, routing, orchestration, evals; develop ML components in Python.
• Design and maintain databases supporting real-time operations and audit trails.
• Codify per-client configurations into reusable components.
• Collaborate with product, account management, and platform engineering on improvements.
