Job summary

Velocity Tech is seeking a Head of Strategic Deployments & Operations in New York to architect and operate AI-powered patient engagement programmes for health plans and providers. You will lead design, development and ongoing operations of high-value payer deployments and build the team, processes and operating model needed to scale delivery.

The role combines hands-on design and people leadership, reporting to the COO, with responsibility across clinical workflows, nurse outreach and payer

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end payer deployments and clinical workflow integration.
• Ability to translate payer priorities (HEDIS/Stars) into actionable programme designs.
• Strong governance, measurement frameworks and quality assurance for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of high-value payer programmes from scoping to launch and operations.
• Establish ownership, milestones and measurable success criteria for each deployment.
• Translate health plan priorities, care gap targets and experience requirements into designs.
• Define target populations, outreach sequencing, channels, AI/nurse handoffs, escalation logic.
• Reviewer of workflow designs prior to launch to ensure payer alignment and data support.
• Guide cross-functional teams through implementation, change management and adoption.
