Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Ten+ years in software development with leadership at director level or above.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to public sector or regulated markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud delivery.
• Knowledge of AI governance, safety reviews, and security practices for AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Own release commitments across every development team.
• Establish a single reporting cadence for status and blockers.
• Standardize development processes, tooling, and engineering metrics.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and accelerate critical trade-offs.
• Set and enforce quality standards covering code review and testing.
• Partner with Support to align engineering priorities with customer issues.
