Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a senior software leader to drive AI-enabled product delivery across its portfolio. The role emphasizes agentic, human-on-the-loop delivery, governance, and architectural leadership to accelerate roadmap execution.

You will own the AI delivery maturity roadmap, set technical standards, and ensure security reviews of AI-generated code while coordinating with executives and customers to translate AI capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field (required)
Ten+ years in software development with 3+ years leading engineering org at director level or above
Proven hands-on use of AI development tools and governance
Experience delivering enterprise software to public sector or regulated markets (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead engineering managers and directors across portfolio companies with clear goals.
Own AI delivery maturity roadmap and governance across products and lifecycle stages.
Set and monitor platform standards, architecture direction, and technical documentation.
Engage with customers, partners, and executives to validate direction and drive revenue through AI capability.
