Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years in software development with leadership at director level or above.
• Experience using AI development tools with governance and validation focus.
• Ability to translate AI capability into customer-facing value and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead development managers and directors across portfolio companies, setting goals and performance expectations.
• Recruit and retain engineering talent, and build succession depth in key technical roles.
• Set expectation that engineers work with AI tools as standard, with training and time to adapt.
• Oversee platform modernization, platform security, and governance for safe AI-generated code.
• Communicate roadmap progress and AI maturity to executive leadership and stakeholders.
