Harris Computer seeks a senior leader to drive AI delivery maturity across multiple product lines, balancing governance with rapid AI-enabled innovation. The role requires shaping roadmaps, standards, and measurements that translate AI capabilities into customer value and revenue.

You will lead engineering leaders, establish governance for AI-generated code, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across public safety and enterprise verticals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on use of AI development tools in daily work and governance.
Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise software delivery.
Experience leading engineering organizations and translating AI capability into customer value.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams across multiple portfolio companies to implement agentic, human-on-the-loop AI delivery.
Own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap and governance across products and lifecycle stages.
Set technology standards, architectural direction, and documentation; monitor market directions and regulatory needs.
Establish release commitments, risk reporting, and cross-team dependency resolution.
Drive AI-driven revenue by solving customer problems with AI capability embedded in products or as fast paths to outcomes.
