Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive AI-enabled product delivery and governance across multiple portfolio companies. You will set roadmaps for AI capabilities, define guardrails, and ensure safe, revenue-focused outcomes while guiding engineering leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will champion platform modernization, validation practices, and measurable business impact from AI integration, reporting progress to executives on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or similar field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years in software development with leadership experience at director level or above.
• Hands-on use of AI development tools with governance and validation know-how.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year AI roadmap for Corrections and Law Enforcement product lines.
• Lead governance and validation to ensure safe AI-enabled delivery.
• Own platform standards, architecture, and technical documentation.
• Balance AI acceleration with customer commitments and installed base realities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders across portfolio companies.
• Report AI maturity and business outcomes to executives on a cadence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate AI capability into revenue.
