Job summary

You will shape roadmaps, manage budgets, and guide executives on technology strategy and risk management.

The role emphasizes agentic delivery, cross-team alignment, and a strong track record of modern software delivery in regulated or enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in software development with leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering organizations at director level or above.
• Hands-on use of AI development tools with governance and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own release commitments across all development teams, including scope and dates.
• Establish a single reporting cadence for status, blockers, and slips.
• Standardize development process, tooling, and engineering metrics across companies.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and accelerate critical decisions.
• Set and enforce quality standards for code review, testing, and release readiness.
• Maintain product and platform security and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and directors.
• Structure the organization for onshore, offshore, and contract capacity.
• Promote transparency by making priorities, progress, and decisions visible across the organization.
• Own the R&D budget and contribute to monthly forecasts and quarterly exec reporting.
