• Experience guiding enterprise organizations from evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical and business leaders and hands-on engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long-term relationship owner for a named portfolio of customers.
• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities with account directors.
• Lead executive discovery to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
