Lead technical account plans, guide architecture across OpenAI APIs and related tools, and partner with sales to translate priorities into durable value and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles with AI deployment.
• Guided enterprise organizations from technical evaluation to production adoption.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical and business leaders.
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations including APIs and security.
• Knowledge of modern AI systems and enterprise AI workflows.
• Prototype and explain tradeoffs using APIs/SDKs.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long-term technical relationship owner for a named portfolio of existing customers and pre-sales prospects.
• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead discovery with executives and technical teams to identify and prioritize use cases tied to outcomes.
• Develop clear Applied AI Architectures spanning models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment.
• Guide customers through evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value.
• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with clear decision criteria, ownership, blockers, success measures, and adoption plans.
• Develop trusted relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, AI leaders, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Deployment Engineering, enablement, product and partners for deep expertise.
• Stay accountable for technical progress and ensure delivery teams own implementation when engaged.
• Track adoption, production readiness, account health, and measurable customer impact.
• Apply Healthcare & Life Sciences expertise to identify repeatable patterns and expansion opportunities.
• Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research to improve products and architecture.
