Job summary

Siemens Healthineers invites a senior leader to head Adjacent Ventures, accountable for long-term revenue growth in Customer Services by identifying, building and scaling businesses beyond the core portfolio through partnerships, venture development and acquisitions.

You will own the portfolio end to end, lead a global ecosystem of partners, perform due diligence, develop robust business cases, and collaborate with STMA and leadership to maximize value realization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA with strong business acumen and strategic orientation.
• Proven track record in strategy, business development, corporate development or venture leadership.
• Experience in performing executive-level business cases, investments and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver significant long-term revenue growth for Customer Services by identifying, building and scaling businesses beyond the core portfolio through partnerships, venture development and M&A.
• Own the Adjacent Ventures portfolio end to end, balancing investments and assessing strategic fit, commercial potential and financial return.
• Develop robust business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership and governance boards.
